On February 29th we welcomed our new girls from Hungary. The sisters are from a top breeder and international show judge. These girl are so beautiful and sweet. Today I took them to meet my groomer handler to see which one I should keep. They are both so alike and perfect. I am happy we both chose the same one! Four Seasons Hunique Zenobia. She will be called Zsa Zsa Gabor. 🙂

We tried to take photos of Grand Champion Wedge and little Kizzy dressed as Mounties. Little Lippy was dressed as an orange witch. Probably would have much easier without hats! Ended up with this funny video!

Kylie’s Dog Goose won 2 Titles this weekend. !One high in class and three 1st place ribbons! We are so proud of him.

Our beautiful boy Qashqai Of Your Sweetest Dream became Grand Champion Qashqai Of Your Sweetest Dream! We are so proud of Wedge, he is just an amazing boy.

Our beautiful Champion Wedge aka Qashqai Of Your Sweetest Dream is entered in the Fraser Valley Dog Fanciers show Thanksgiving weekend October 6th to October 8th. We are super excited hopefully our boy will become Grand Champion!

The Wedgwood Family Reunion was so much fun today. We had a great turnout considering how smokey it was. It was so nice to see the some of the original family members, some whose dogs are now 9 years old. It was great to meet the folks picking up their new puppies. The dogs all ran around and had a blast. For the most part they all got on really well. All the puppies got lots of cuddling from both the adults and children. My good friend Paula brought Pup Cakes for the dogs, so cute and yummy looking! So many people brought food I now have a freezer full of goodies! That’s ok Bijke and Molly’s pups will be ready to go in a month, so we will have another dog day on the farm. The puppy I am bottle feeding had everyone falling in love with her. Today we kick off another Wedgwood Cocker family reunion at 1pm ! I am so excited to see old friends and meet new ones! If you are interested in learning more about this amazing breed of dog this is the perfect time to do it. You can meet all the dog and their wonderful owners. you might be lucky and get to cuddle some puppies. We will have hotdogs and all kinds and refreshments. This is an outdoor event. I will provide snacks and refreshments. Please wear old clothes as some of our dogs are rather enthusiastic greeters! Hopefully the weather will co-operate. You are welcome to bring your Cocker Spaniel, please no other breeds though. This is a great time to visit our farm and meet myself and our Cocker family. You will meet my dogs, my breeding partners dogs, and best of all my customer’s dogs. It is a fun somewhat crazy off leash event. Nothing like 30 plus Cockers running free and visiting with everyone. Our Champion Wedge aka Champion Qashqai Of Your Sweetest Dream attended the Kelowna Kennel Club.

We had all kinds of crazy weather. The outdoor show started off on Friday hot and sunny. By Monday it was cold and rainy. My happy little farm dog loved it all! I am so proud of our boy he won best of breed under 3 different judges. Picked up another 5 points towards his Grand Championship. Our next show is planned for July 20th to 23rd at Thunderbird in Langley. As always I am so grateful to my amazing Groomer/ Handler! David you are Simply The Best!
