Our little Wedge AKA Champion Qashqai Of Your Sweetest Dream, attended the Victoria City Kennel Club show on March 3rd to 5th.

My husband loaded up our camper and we headed to the island to watch our boy. It was so nice to take a little vacation from the farm. We had beautiful weather for both ferry rides. Unfortunately it was cold and rainy during much of the show. It is an inside show so we were warm and dry. My incredible Groomer Handler David Gignac and his wife Pat did such a great job. It is a lot of hard work.

Wedge won another 2 Best Of Breed

We are so proud to announce our Wedge aka Qashqai Of Your Sweetest Dreams is now Champions Qashqai OF Your Sweetest Dreams! He became new Champion with his win for Best Opposite on February 24th.

I am so lucky to have the best groomer/handler showing this amazingly little dog! David Gignac’s talent and vast experience brings out the very in my boy. Wedge was bred by the top breeder and international show judge in Hungary. Thank-you to Orsolya Vig and Robert Viktor of Four Seasons and Your Sweetest Dreams Kennels. Wedge truly embraces the breed standard in all that an American Cocker Spaniel should be! My sweetest dreams coming true!

My good friend Paula of Rock Star Cockers has one beautiful boy still available. Her dogs are from my Wedgwood Cockers. The mother of the puppy is Wedgwood’s Your Sweetest Candy. We are so proud of our little Wedge! He performed so well in his 1st show. He is only a few points away from becoming a champion!

We had a great time at the Petlovershow in Vancouver. The dogs were so good. They loved all the attention. They were pretty happy to be home and back on the farm too. We are so looking forward to the next Petlovershow in March. That one will be at the Trade Centre, so much closer to home.

We had a great time at our 2022 Wedgwood Cocker Family Reunion!

We are re-scheduling the meet the puppies day on the farm. Rain is in the forecast. Wet dogs and trying to social distance in the rain would be very unpleasant! We are going to try again on Sunday October 4th.

Meet Our latest addition to the family, this is Bijke. She is my 1st Cocker Spaniel registered with our Wedgwood name. This beautiful girl is the Granddaughter of my Georgie aka Ch Shadowcast Your Talking To Much. Her father is a champion dog out of the USA.

Bijke has the best temperament of any Cocker I have raised. That is saying a lot, as I have had so many amazing Cockers over the years. Bijke is sweet, bold, outgoing, brave, and very smart, She really wants to be the number one dog on the farm. She has learned though very quickly to respect the older dogs and not push her luck.

Bijke is coming into heat so for all of you on the wait list we will soon have a litter of puppies!
